Learning to claim sanctuary is something I started practicing very young, like age six. Today, it is my deep honor not only to teach my clients how to claim their own sanctuary but to hold prepared space for their healing. I want my client's to know that they are held dear. That FAITH in their journey entered their healing space before the voice of pain and oppression ever had a chance to steal it. That I will partner with them. Trust them. Will offer them space to claim sanctuary, even if only for 50 minutes. And maybe, it will become familiar and begin to invade other minutes of their day, their life. Their hope.
